Ghost Waves
In the Setup Phase the First Player makes a Ghost Wave Fate choice. All Players then add Ghost Fate amount of Ghost to their Hotel’s Docks if they have room to do so. The Ghost Fate result is doubled for Players with more 10 Snohe or more.
Fate choice? Pretty cool that the first player can choose their own fate!
